I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were great too make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a large balcony and separate living room and dining area. The amenities were great, including a large plasma screen TV and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was ideal for exploring the city. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location only. This hotel has an unbelievable amazing location. I cant imagine a hotel with a better location. Close to everywhere and easily accessible. However, everything else related to this hotel is not that good.
The service is horrible: 1) It takes ages to check in and check out. 2) In my last day, they started calling me from 10 AM asking me when am I leaving. (Although I have agreed with then the night before that I will be checking out at 2 PM). They called me to ask this question almost 6 times as if they were urging me to leave. After the headache they gave me, I said OK OK charge me for an additional half day that gives me the right to stay until 6 PM so they will stop calling me and nagging. However, they started calling me after that asking me how many hours from the additional half day do I really plan to take and when exactly am I going to check out !!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't find something more rude than that. 3) Before checking out, I called them to tell them that I will come down after a while and need a taxi (expected to take 10 min). Yet, instead of calling the taxi they sent 3 guys IMMEDIATELY to my room knocking the door to check the mini bar !! 4) The fruits on the table were SO ROTTEN that you could see the fungus all over it !! 5) The rooms look very old and are NOT like the pictures. For example, the TVs are old TVs from the 90s.

Well the Location is good as everybody says , and my room was big, but I found it more way less than I expected , the room are old and for such amount of money I was expecting more luxury .
I will not say its expensive but it doesn't worth the money you pay , for such amount of money per night you could get much better , guyz unless you get a room in this hotel with an discount offer , dont go for it , one more thing the taxi from the airport to Beirut center is 25 Dollars Max dont let any body fool you .

Our business trip to the hotel was enjoyable. the bedding linen was great, and the staff was helpful. the location was ideal and we could easily walk to local restaurants and transportation. we appreciated the fresh towels and daily housekeeping.
The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updates. the carpeting was worn, and the bathroom amenities were minimal.

This centrally located hotel is perfect for those looking to explore the heart of the city. It's situated in the downtown area, close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The spacious rooms are well kept, with comfortable beds and sitting areas. The staff is helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast is a decent meal to start the day. The location is perfect for business and tourism, and the hotel also features facilities like housekeeping and room service.
The bathroom facilities need to be refurbished and enlarged.

The spacious suite made our romantic escape extra special. The cozy bed and lovely living room were great for relaxing. The wooden floor was a nice touch too. The location was key - close to attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its variety of options.
Our experience was not all positive. The view from our room was not great, and the construction noise was disruptive.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, with its luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. the spacious room had everything I could possibly need, from the comfortable bed to the private leisure area. the continental breakfast was excellent, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax after a long day. the service was impeccable, and I particularly enjoyed the massage I received at the spa.
The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of an outdoor dining area. this did not detract from my overall experience at the venue.
